Pay a secure deposit (typically 30-50% of rental amount)
Receive booking confirmation and detailed care instructions
Choose collection from us or home delivery (extra charge) based on your preference
Schedule a fitting session if needed

Collect your outfit from us, or have it delivered (extra charge) 2–3 days before your event
Try it on and ensure the perfect fit
Our team is on hand to help — please note that alterations are not available, so we kindly ask you to confirm your measurements carefully before booking

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I alter the outfit to fit me better?

We want every outfit to feel wonderful on you! However, as our garments are shared and cared for across many happy customers, we are unfortunately unable to offer alterations of any kind. We recommend sharing your detailed measurements when booking — our team will do their best to match you with the closest available size and style.

What if the outfit gets damaged during my rental?

Minor wear and tear is normal and covered by our rental. However, significant damage (tears, stains, etc.) may be subject to a damage fee. We recommend adding damage waiver protection for peace of mind — just 45 NOK extra.

Do you deliver, or do I need to pick up?

You can pick up and drop off the outfit at our location — just book an appointment and we'll have everything ready for you. Home delivery within Oslo is also available at an extra charge. Just let us know your preference when you enquire.

Can I extend my rental if needed?

Absolutely! If the outfit is available, we can extend your rental by a few days at the standard daily rate. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. If you cancel more than 7 days before your rental, you get a full refund (minus a small processing fee). Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% charge. Emergency cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
